Guardian Pathways Diversionary Program

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide an alternative pathway for civilian offenders that allows for rehabilitation, safety, and a second chance at making positive contributions to society. With the guidance of Lt. Col. Adam McKillop, the program focuses on supporting both the community and the individuals involved.

Services

Rehabilitation Programs

Our programs include targeted behavioral interventions, and mental health support for the victims involved and a list of restrictions and guidelines for the offenders.

Community Support

We work closely with the Child Trauma Academy founded by Dr. Bruce Perry, to allow the victims to cope with their trauma safely and successfully.

Case Management

Each participant will deal directly with Adam McKillop or his personal assistant, who will guide them through the entire process, from explaining the initial program terms to completion of the program, including performing the mandatory weekly check-ins.

Program Guidelines

Although our program is tailored to the individual on a case by case basis, there are certain guidelines that are universal. These are the core foundation of the Guardian Pathways Diversionary Program, and why it is a viable option to prevent reoccurring violations.

No Contact

In order to ensure safety of the victim and the victim’s family the participant is prohibited from having any form of contact.

No Additional Criminal Charges

The participant is to have no felonies or misdemeanors involving a minor after enrollment in this program. Continuing to engage in criminal behavior shows that the partcipant has no remorse for their action and would then disqualify them from this program.

Social Media Restrictions

The offenders must not continue to use the social media application that resulted in their enrollment in this program (in cases where this applies). We also recommend they refrain from all social media where continued patterns of behavior could be repeated, although it is not technically a requirement.

Weekly Check-Ins

The participant is scheduled to conduct a check in via telephone once per week. There will be a battery of questions and exchange of information at each of these check ins. This is to ensure that participants are adhering to the program and to allow them to express questions and concerns.

Mandatory Victim Restitution

While there is no price that can fix the suffering endured by the victim, mandatory victim restitution is a part of the Guardian Pathways Diversionary Program as ordered by the courts. The restitution is used to cover the cost of victims therapy and varies by case.

Contact Us

For more information about the program, or to get in touch with Lt. Col. McKillop directly at (931) 360-2735, please email us at fcprovostmarshall@gmail.com or call our department at (931) 560-8530.

Payment

We utilize a Pay Monitor software that provides a proxy payment method which then transfers the payment to the family’s personal digital banking account. This method is to not only protect the family of the victim but also the anonymity of the participant. Ensuring that all parties remain safe and private is our number one priority aside from helping the victim and their family recover and live complete, fulfilling lives.
